Progress Update 14-07-08 - Venturing into the World of Gambling

I have decided to change my approach to this blog a little and I will now be providing a daily update on my progress in the world of online earning, with this being my first update and hopefully my experiences will provide useful tips and strategies on how to maximize your own online earning potential.

As for how I am progressing today, I guess I can sum that up in one word - slowly!

At the moment I am anxiously waiting my first payment of $50 from Vindale Research tomorrow and I will let you how that goes.

Other than that I have recently started to indulge in sport betting - yes gambling - which on the face of it may seem a very risky method of making money, but how I bet its not as risky as you would first imagine. Basically what I do is bet on sporting events whilst they are in progress! For example I may bet on a team winning a soccer game in the 80th minute when they are 1-0 up. Yes there is a chance the other team may equalize but its unlikely, and for this reason the odds will be fairly low - maybe 1.13 to 1, which means returns of £11.30 if you bet £10. I actually prefer to bet on tennis though as it is generally quite easy to tell how a game is going to progress based on how the players perform in the first set - say if one player keeps breaking the other player's serve, that player is probably going to win. Through this method I find I win more than I lose and my winnings have steadily increased from £5 stake to approximately £12 in just a few days.

Aside from betting and awaiting my first retail payment, I continue to click on ads, answer various surveys and signup to as many offers as possible - and then wait impatiently for the damn sites to register them!

Oh and one more thing before I go - I have recently found an excellent paid survey site aimed at IT specialists such as myself called TechSay. This site rewards you with 200 points per survey and $50 for each 1000 points earned - i.e. $50 per 5 surveys! I have only just signed-up and have yet to be invited to a survey so time will tell, but if you are an IT specialist I would definitely take a look at this site.
