SurferChest - Earn Site Traffic by Surfing the Web!

I have recently come across a whole ream of websites that allow you to earn credits by surfing the web and then exchanging these credits for guaranteed internet traffic to your site. Out of all the ones I have come across so far, the best by far in terms of presentation and information feedback is SurferChest.

How this site works is that you have to view random websites for 15 seconds at a time to earn 1 credit and these credits can then be exchanged for guaranteed traffic, though I am unsure if 1 credit equates to 1 unique visitor.
