Okay I have now spent at least the past 3 years trying out various so-called money-making websites and let's be honest I haven't had a great deal of success. I would estimate I now make approximately £150 per month from my online actives and the majority of this income comes from cashback deals.

Now cashback is a great way of making money in the short term but as offers dried up so does the cashflow. However, I highly reccommend the following 3 sites from which I have made approximately £500 in cashback. Also the best deals I find are the gambling ones as through these you stand a chance of earning your investment back - always try to stick to safe bets or find slot machines that have high payout percentages - whilst still keeping the cashback - i.e. you earn the cashback at no cost.

I have also had some success with gambling but this is more down to luck than anything else as any system I have tried to adopt has been an abject failure. I once tried the very well known roulette betting system of Martingale / Fibonacci, which seemed on paper brillant - double your bets on black until black comes up and then switch to red. However, this system is massively flawed as roulette is a betting game with no memory - i.e. the outcome of the last spin does not affect the current one - and therefore all you really are doing is placing a continually doubling bet - which grows dramatically very quickly - on an almost 50 / 50 outcome. Silly when you think about it and very risky.

So what else I have I learnt over the years? Well surveys are useful and do make money - though NEVER sign-up to a site that requires you to pay for the privilage of taking surveys as these are all scams - albeit very slowly. I would say I have made approximately £100 over the years from survey sites and I am quite close to another big pay out from quite a few of the sites I use. Again I have a top 3 sites to reccommend.

1. Harris Poll Online - a very good site for which I have qualified for every single survey they have sent me

2. Lightspeed Consumer Panel - an exceptionally professional site that provides regular surveys of which at least 1/2 you should qualify for and trustworthy, reliable payments via Paypal. However, this site is currently UK residents only

3. mySurvey.com - a very trustworthy site who reguarly send surveys of which a high percentage you will qualify for.

Recently due to an impending reduction in my disposal income and the news of another baby on the way :D I have taken even more steps to find an steady secondary income online and in doing have discovered some interesting prospects, which I would like to share with you

1. Slice the Pie - this is a very interesting site that allows you to listen and rate new music, and for each review you earn points that can then be used to invest into bands - or you can use your own money. By investing into bands you were receive a percentage of their sales if they are successful in achieving certain goals first - such as 1000 record sales to break even. Personally I think this is a fantastic opportunity as you would only need 1 of the bands you invest in to take off for pretty impressive returns

2. PickJack - an interesting site where you slowly accumulate money through 2 simple activites - answering and posing questions. However, as it stands I have submitted 6 questions and answered 120 but only made $0.05c so I doubt this is going to be a very high earner. Good fun though and an interesting concept

3. Vinefire - this is an awesome site with very high earning potential as you get $50 for every referral, as well as for joining; $0.45c for every link you click on; $0.55c for every vote you place; and $0.12c for every link you add. It is all completely free and very quickly you can earn $100 plus. There are a few things to be aware of though and that is there is a $50 daily earning limit - can be raised to $100 with a $5 donation - and the site is currently in beta testing and no payments will be made until Jan 31 2010. Now this may sound like another scam and I suspose there is a good chance they will never pay but hey as it is free to join you have nothing to lose and you might just make $1000's

Anyway this is all I have for now but everyday I am still finding new sites and coming up with new ideas, and though I have not made much money I have definitely learnt a thing or two over the years about using the internet to your advantage :D

Phew it has been almost 5 months since my update and quite a bit has happened since then.

My daughter is now 7 months old and developing well.

I have even more debts now and I never got my money back from the silly website coming I threw over a £1000 at and have never made a penny from.

Oh well they are one to avoid that is for sure. Anyway I am back now and trying to make money online once again and have discovered some very interesting prospects.

The most promising of these is called 'Vinefire' as it is totally free to join and you earn money just by clicking on and posting clicks - each click earns you $0.45c and each upload earns you $0.12 everytime someone marks it up. Latest Update on my Progress!

Well I thought it had been long enough since I updated my blog with anything but adverts for the various sites I have signed up to so let me fill you all in on the latest developments in my goal to make money online.

Firstly I am pleased to announce that my daughter - Emily-Jayne Burns - was born on the 30th August, which means I now have far less time to invest in my attempts to make money online as I am required to change dirty nappies and soothe baby cries.

But that hasn't stopped me altogether - though I wish it had - as I have still managed to blow a considerable amount of my own hard earned cash on nothing but thin air and over-zealous promises. It would be fair to say that at this moment in time I believe there is very little opportunity out there to make any significant amount of money online.

So far my best payouts have come from Ebay sales - I am in the process of clearing out my home of everything from my life prior to baby because as you know it changes everything - and gambling. Though I did receive a reasonable payout from Reality Networkers of $40, which is $15 more than what I invested!

Anyway as it stands I am hoping some of my significant investments will start making a return over the next few weeks and if I get a chance I will update you with any amounts that come my way.

I wish I could tell you all that I am making 1000s online but that simply is not the case, and as it stands I am still struggling to find a source of significant income though I can definitely not be accused of lack of effort!

Avoid them like the plague!

Progress Update 23-07-08 - A Day of Experimentation

Well its been a day of experimentation today as I venture gingerly into the world of randomizers and HYIP, and so far I am reasonably happy with my progress, though I never knew how annoying AlertPay is until today.

Anyway I am going to try to be quick today as it is almost 23:30 GMT and I am bushed! So here is a list of the sites I have discovered today:

This is a very interesting site and could prove to be quite a goldmine. Basically it is currently undergoing Beta testing - due to be launched on 31/12/08 - and if you sign-up during this phase they will give you $100 just for joining and a further $100 for every referral! Progress Update 18-07-08 - Slow Day, Take it Easy

Today has been exceptionally quiet, which is typical of a Friday in the world of online earnings, with very few new opportunities coming my way so I don't have a great deal to report. I have pretty much spent the day doing my daily routine - clicking on ads, signing-up to any free offers that are still available and filling out surveys - and nothing else. In fact I haven't spent much time doing that as so far I have only received 6 survey invites for today, and out of those I only qualified for 3. And if there is one thing I dislike about surveys is not qualifying, especially when you know its about to happen! I am sure you have been there, doing a $5 survey and early on a question pops up, which you know if you tell the truth to you will be disqualified from that survey. Pain in the butt thats for sure though some survey sites are more lenient than others - I think the most lenient has to be Panel Base - few survey invites but 9/10 acceptance, which leads to me to suspect they prescreen you - whilst the harshest ones are definitely Home of Research, Ciao and GobalTestMarket - I get about 3-5 surveys per day between the three of these sites (about 80 surveys altogether) yet have only qualified for about 5-7 surveys from them altogether.

Anyway enough of my ranting because despite how quiet today has been I still some things worth mentioning:

- My website traffic is pouring in apparently and I have already had over 4,000 hits according to the stat counter on my ad campaign page. I have to say I am little bit dubious of this website traffic as my hits counter is still under 400, but according to Web Traffic Wholesale this is to be expected as they actually rotate a cached version of my blog and the hits on this will not register on my hit counter. More concerning though then this is that despite these 4,000+ hits I have had no further referrals and I suspect it will prove a fruitless venture. Oh well you win some, you lose some!

- YouCubez have credited me for the Depacco offer that I completed. I now have £10 worth of cube funds but as yet no cube to spend it on, and it costs £1 - £2 to buy a cube depending on whether you buy a basic or a gradient cube respectively. It is still holding out as an awesome site though and has some really good free offers to sign-up to

- Last night I signed up to 20 Million Hits, which I think you can probably guess from its title is a site that promotes a system through which you could be getting millions of hits! This system is basically a pyramid system but instead of money being obtained, you will obtain hits and it is completely free to join. Yes it is dependent on once again getting referrals - isn't everything in the world of online earning dependent on referrals! - and then your referrals getting referrals of their own, and so on, but its worth a try as website traffic is so crucial to getting somewhere in this generally slow moving business. I don't have a referral link yet for this site though as I have so far only completed the first phase of the sign-up process, which is viewing the 8 sites in the chain.

- Previously I have had a moan about not being credited for offers I have completed but after some further investigation I now realize that in can in fact take up to 60 days for some of the offers to be credited so I am just going to be patient. If they still haven't shown within 8 weeks from now, then I will be kicking up a real stink!

Progress Update 17-07-08 - You Cubez Discovered and is Brilliant

I feel really good about today's progress but in all honesty I am not entirely sure why as I have made little money! You have to get use to that though in the world of online earning because, especially in the early days, the money arrives in dribs and drabs, and overall despite the lack of money things are heading in the right direction.

So what have I been up to today? Well I haven't been all that active today but there are a few things to report:

- My website traffic campaign is due to become active tomorrow so I am anticipating a lot more visits very soon! Still not sure if the traffic is genuine or if it will achieve anything, but if you want to try for yourself I used Web Traffic Wholesale. First reaction though is that the ad monitoring page is rubbish and nothing like it appears on the homepage!

- Last night I was contemplating signing up to one of these various paid survey sites with sign-up fees, such as Express Paid Surveys and Paid Surveys ETC, but I was unable to find any reviews of these sites that I felt were reliable - all the reviews I could find sounded too much like plugs rather than honest reviews. I have, therefore, decided that over the next few months I am going to sign up to some of these sites and evaluate them, from which I will provide honest reviews on my blog and hopefully help you guys avoid being scammed.

- I have decided that at some point in the future I am going to write a guide to all the traffic exchange sites out there as there are a lot more than I first realized. The one I am using most right now is EasyHits4U but there are still a vast number of traffic exchange sites I have yet to try.

- I know I have listed in my scam posting InboxDollars and SendEarnings but recently I have found quite a few sites that highly recommend both of them. Consequently I have decided to give them another shot and re-instated my use of them. I will let you know in a future update whether my choice proves worthwhile or not, but right now I am quite impressed with the number of methods they offer to earn money.

- There was a new ad on NeoBux for a site called YouCubez this morning and upon viewing this site I was so impressed I signed-up there and then as it was completely free to join! So far this site has just gone from strength to strength, and is quite unique compared to other PTC sites. To sum up this site there are two primary ways of earning money - clicking on cubes, some which pay for viewing and others that pay after you have clicked on 100 (there are currently over 800 cubes!); and signing up to offers, which each pay between £0.1 - £1 (yes this site is primarily aimed at UK residents), as well as giving you between £5 - £15 for your cube advertising fund. I cannot recommend this site enough and I will keep you posted on progress, and when I get my first payment!

- One of the YouCubez offers I signed up to another PTC site called Depacco. Now I personally think this site is another scam as it pays $10 per email and gives you $100 sign-up bonus. Ridiculous! But hey there is no harm in trying and though it uses the same engine as the other scam sites, its presentation is quite professional. Give it shot but do not expect to actually get paid and I would definitely avoid upgrading for $179!!

- I was a bit disappointed that all my pending offers for GetPaidTo got rejected. I can only guess this was down to a problem with my cookies but a disappointment none the less. This is a good site with no minimum payout and rewards approximately 0.5 to 5 points per offer, and each point equates to $1! Just a shame the offers rely on cookies to get validated.

- Finally I would like to recommend a free paid survey sites to UK residents and that is Lightspeed Consumer Panel. This is an awesome site that sends out regular surveys and rewards 110 points for each one completed, and these point can be exchanged for all kinds of things included £1 PayPal payments for 115 points - so that's almost £1 per survey! Oh and one more thing this site has paid me so I can vouch for it being geniune!!

Progress Update 16-07-08 - Vindale Research is the Best Free Paid Survey Site

I have to say my mood has definitely improved today and despite losing my entire £15 stake at betting - a foolish side venture - I have a positive outlook, and feel reasonably confident that this online earning malarkey will work.

So what have I been up to today aside from recovering from receiving my first significant payment from Vindale Research? Well you know what they say - you have to speculate to accumulate, and today I have speculated my payment on the following:

- Paid the sign-up fee of $25 for a $50 online gaming product evaluation from Vindale Research, which means I will already be at the minimum payout for this month after doing only 1 product evaluation!

- I order 250,000 unique website hits of Web Traffic Wholesale for $20.99 and hopefully some of you reading this are visiting my blog as the result of this ad campaign. I have no idea about how successful such a campaign will be - I will provide an update in a future posting - but I thought it was worth a shot as you never know unless you try.

Other than spending my Vindale Research payment, I have spent the day blowing my last few pounds on some frivolous bets, with the attitude of better luck next time, clicking on ads and filling out surveys - the daily routine! I do, however, have the following update for today:

- OH YEAH! My payment for the efax offer I completed on is now pending and will hopefully soon be paid - at least it has been acknowledge! And I definitely take back what I said yesterday - this site is brilliant and one that all serious online earners should join!

Before I say goodbye for today, I would like to mention 2 sites:

- Last night whilst browsing the necessary sites to boost my website traffic from Savvy Clicks I came across an advert for Easy Hits 4 U, which is an absolute joy of a Traffic Exchange site - the best I have come across so far, even better than Savvy Clicks and Surfer Chest - and unlike most other traffic exchange sites you earn 1 visit for every website you surf! I earned 17 visits during one 10 minute session!! Highly Recommended!

- I would like to re-recommend Hits 4 Pay, which is 1 of my top 12 recommended sites, as it is an exceptionally good site that is very professional, rewards you with $10 just for signing up, a 2-tiered referral system - which I am hoping to be part of! - with high earning potential, has a relatively low payout minimum of $25 and sends out regular email ads, which you access via a secure online inbox. This site so far has been a real joy and one I have real hope for. I definitely recommend joining!

Progress Update 15-07-08 - Link Referral is Proving Best Site for Free Blog Traffic

Well its another day in the world of online earning is almost over for me and so far today has been overall a big fat disappointment! But you have to expect that in the world of online earning - some days are definitely better than others!

To sum up todays progress here are my highs and lows for the day:

The Highs

Link Referrals is proving a very useful site that is generating at least 10 hits on this blog per day and if you have visited this blog from Link Referral then you know what I am talking about!

- I have quite taken to the FoxCash PTC site that I signed-up to through program refs

I have only been signed up to this site for 4 days and actively using it for 3, and have already made $1.37 through clicks alone, which for a PTC site is pretty good going! I strongly recommend signing up to FoxCash and clicking on the approximately 22 ads per day

- I have recently discovered the 2 following interesting sites

This site is similar to surfer chest but is actually more professional and provides a lot more feedback. You also earn hits rather than points, which is a lot more precise, and can manage 3 websites and 3 banners for free

This site is very much like user cash and much like that site is probably useless as most sites that advertise your links will more than likely recognise the links generated by this site as spam. It is worth a try though as it is free to join!

The Lows

- Still no sign of my Vindale Research payment but I suspect they are sent out at the end of their working day, which means about 05:00 GMT tomorrow morning for me! I will keep you updated and let you know as soon as the payment shows up in my PayPal account.

- My betting scheme has gone to pot today and I have now invested £15 for £3.50 return! It was probably a stupid idea as gambling is always risky even with favorable odds. i do think though I did go off the rails a little and started breaking my system by betting on risky propositions when I was overcame by temptation. I am still trying to win face again with small gains on my measly £3.50 so you never know...probably will lose it all though! After payday I am going to try again with a £10 stake and try the following system - 8 £1 safe bets plus 2 £1 risky bets and each time I win £5 above my stake, I am going to bank it! I will let you know how it goes.

- I am still waiting for both to come through on the Bingo Liner $60 offer and to come through on the eFax $7.20 offer!

Progress Update 14-07-08 - Venturing into the World of Gambling

I have decided to change my approach to this blog a little and I will now be providing a daily update on my progress in the world of online earning, with this being my first update and hopefully my experiences will provide useful tips and strategies on how to maximize your own online earning potential.

As for how I am progressing today, I guess I can sum that up in one word - slowly!

At the moment I am anxiously waiting my first payment of $50 from Vindale Research tomorrow and I will let you how that goes.

Other than that I have recently started to indulge in sport betting - yes gambling - which on the face of it may seem a very risky method of making money, but how I bet its not as risky as you would first imagine. Basically what I do is bet on sporting events whilst they are in progress! For example I may bet on a team winning a soccer game in the 80th minute when they are 1-0 up. Yes there is a chance the other team may equalize but its unlikely, and for this reason the odds will be fairly low - maybe 1.13 to 1, which means returns of £11.30 if you bet £10. I actually prefer to bet on tennis though as it is generally quite easy to tell how a game is going to progress based on how the players perform in the first set - say if one player keeps breaking the other player's serve, that player is probably going to win. Through this method I find I win more than I lose and my winnings have steadily increased from £5 stake to approximately £12 in just a few days.

Aside from betting and awaiting my first retail payment, I continue to click on ads, answer various surveys and signup to as many offers as possible - and then wait impatiently for the damn sites to register them!

Oh and one more thing before I go - I have recently found an excellent paid survey site aimed at IT specialists such as myself called TechSay. This site rewards you with 200 points per survey and $50 for each 1000 points earned - i.e. $50 per 5 surveys! I have only just signed-up and have yet to be invited to a survey so time will tell, but if you are an IT specialist I would definitely take a look at this site.

Program Refs - Best Site for Earning Referrals

I am signed-up to numerous paid survey sites - opinionworld, ciao, yougov, freesurveysuk, ACOP, ISPOS, permission research, pinecone, and so - and I am in the process of writing up an article of my findings. I, however, feel compelled to tell everyone about a seemingly less well known survey site that is quite frankly the best so far by miles.

Vindale Research is an incredible site that is so professional and easy to use it is absolute joy. Yes I am enthusiastic but believe me once you start using Vindale Research you will be to. The feedback on the statuses of your surveys is second to none and they tell you very precisely all the conditions of each survey upfront, so you know exactly what you need to do to get paid.

Each survey consists of a product evaluation phase - you may have to sign-up to a product trial or visit a product website, and any fees you pay for the trials are reimbursed - and a survey phase, which only takes about 5 minutes to complete. They send roughly 2-3 product evaluations / surveys per week and when you are sent one you are guaranteed to qualify as you are invited to each based on you matching the entry criteria. Each survey pays between $5 - $75 and you can cash out via PayPal once you have earned $50.

Even better you earn $2 for joining and a further $5 for each referral, once they complete their first product evaluation - i.e. refer 100 people and earn $500!!

Earning Potential of Multi-Tiered Referral Systems

For a number of the sites I have recommended I have mentioned a multi-tiered commission based referral system and that with such systems the earning potential is very high. I would like to illustrate just how high by presenting 2 scenarios:

Scenario 1: Clix Sense
Referral System: Pays premium members $0.10 per direct referral and $2 for each direct referral that upgrades, and a further $1 for each indirect referral that upgrades

You sign up to Clix Sense and upgrade to the premium membership for $10 per year

Over the next 2 weeks you manage to gain 20 referrals, 10 of which also upgrade to the premium membership.

These 10 upgrade members in turn each gain 20 referrals over 2 weeks of which 10 upgrade.

And so up to level 5! Now all we are assuming here is that every upgraded member can obtain 10 upgraded referrals plus 10 free referrals, which personally I think should not be too difficult to achieve and completely realistic - I mean most people know more than 20 people anyway!

The following table illustrates what you would earn each time a user in your referral downline upgrades to a premium member given the above scenario:

And you will earn this amount every year when they renew their memberships! As you can see you can earn from Clix Sense a decent income just by everyone in your downline gaining a few upgraded memberships.

Referral system: 6 levels deep - pays for Gold members commission rates of:40%,20%,16%,12%,8%,4%

You sign-up to Matrix Mails and become a gold member, which costs $60 for a lifetime membership.

As before in scenario one in terms of referral rates - 20 referrals for each person in your downline over a period of 2 weeks, and in the case of Matrix Mails it does not matter if your referrals upgrade as you earn the commission regardless

The following table illustrates what you would earn each time a user in your referral downline clicks on a single ad, which pays you $0.01, given the above scenario:

Given the above scenario, which only involves everyone in your downline finding 20 of their own referrals, you will be earning $987.64 for every ad - assuming that all users in your downline click on every ad! This site on average offers 8-10 ads per day so that works out at roughly $8,000 per day!!!

For this reason Matrix Mails is an awesome site to join with incredible referral earning potential, and I highly recommend it.

Guide - Dubious GPT Sites and Known Scams

The world of GPT sites is fraught with cowboys and you are more likely to invest your email reading time into digital thin air than you are into those that bring home the green.

It is for this reason I have spent considerable time scouring the internet for any GPT site that has been flagged as a scam - as well as joining a considerable number of them just to get it from the horse's mouth so to speak. The following list is divided into 2 categories - sites that are dubious and may well be a scam, and those that are definitely scams.

I have recorded here all the sites, without links, I know of but I am pretty certain there are a lot more out there, so please amend to this posting in your comments any scam sites you know of that I have omitted. I will also be adding more as I come across them:

Dubious Sites
Cashfiesta.com - this is a widely reported scam site that is commonly reported as a non-payer. I am myself a member of this site and up to now my only complaints are that firstly my special offer submissions have still not been registered - though the site does say it could take up to 8 weeks for a special offer submission to be recorded. Secondly, and more importantly, I dislike the fact that points for each month do not carry forward - in other words you need to earn the cash out minimum within any given month to receive any money, if they pay at all! Very dubious though on a positive note I am pretty sure that the cash fiesta bar is not spyware!

InboxDollars.com / SendEarnings.com - I have seen both these sites reported as scams in various places but the real reason I am listing them here is that both these sites are in fact identical - only the graphics different - and I suspect developed from some sort of template, which makes them quite dubious to me

EarningEasyMoney.com - I have to be honest I can find no reports of this site being a scam and most postings I have seen suggest it pays. I am just a little dubious of it as it looks similar to quite a few other sites so appears to be using a template and the amounts you earn per email are miniscule. I am still using this site so I guess I will know for sure when I come to request payment!

Scams
awsurveys.com - this has to be one of the most widely reported scams site on the net so for that reason I am pretty sure it is a scam, though the owner - one Adam Seebeck - is still the number 1 referrer for Clix Sense! I personally have not signed up to it!

The next batch of scam sites, of which there are literally thousands, all use the same template and should be easily identified once you have seen a few of them. The following are the ones I have personally signed up to - and now have an inbox full of their junk! - but keep in mind that all of them have a brief lifespan - i.e. they appear, quickly gain members and ads, and then disappear like the wind! - so some may no longer exist by the time you read this:

The Top 12 Sites for Making Easy Money Online

The following is a list of what I believe to be the top 12 sites for making easy money. All the sites listed here are extremely professional and trustworthy sites that are free to join, guaranteed to pay out and available to most worldwide locations. On average these sites will pay roughly $5 - $20 per month for basic online activity - i.e. reading emails, visiting websites, completing surveys and signing up to 100% free offers. However, this is not where the real money is at! That is why 'referrals are king' because many of these sites of a multi-tiered commission based referral scheme, which basically means you get a percentage of the activity of your referrals, and their referrals, and their referrals, and so on! Through such a scheme you could easily earn over $100 per month! Anyway I highly recommend signing up to all 12 of the following sites as they are all free and in combination have the referral earning potential of over $1000 per month! Please keep in mind though that none of these sites will get you 'rich quick' - progress is slow and at first you will be only earning cents per day. It takes time to get established with enough referrals to start making the real money but once you do, you can sit back and watch the cash roll in. It just takes effort and patience!

This is an awesome paid to read site that is not only free to join, it also pays out regularly! The other great thing about it is that if you wish to upgrade to the premium account - which immediately opens up 200+ paid emails to you, with further ones being added everyday - it only costs $10 per year and by coming a premium member you can then participate in what has to be the best referral scheme out there - 5-tiered with the earning potential of over $1,000s per year!

The site emails roughly 20 emails per week and pays on average $0.01 per email. The site also operates a 2-tiered commission based referral system that has high earning potential.

Pros: Very easy to use site, has been in operation for 10 years, $10 sign-up bonus, 2-tiered commission based referral system with high earning potential, emails sent out regularly, internal and secure email inbox, online payments via PayPal

I love this site as it is so well presented and is once again free to join! Make money by visiting web sites and referring your friends. Through this site you could easily make over $10 per month through this site for very little investment of time

Pros: Brilliant 5-tiered referral system with high earning potential, at least 10 new ads added daily, a lot more ads available if you upgrade, run a monthly contest with prizes such as a lifetime Gold membership, very good and effective ad campaign packages that are competitively priced, online payments via PayPal or AlertPay

Cons: Membership packages are relatively expensive ranging from $9.95 to $49.95 per month, relatively expensive to buy referrals, ads tend to only earn $0.01 per click, only two methods - viewing ads and referrals - of earning money, relatively high minimum payout amount of $10

5. Cash Crate

A very professional site that is free to join and pays between $0.25 - $1.50 for the free offers completed and $3 - $75 for the trial offers. The site has at least 50 of the free offers to complete each month and therefore you could easily make $10 - $50 per month for absolutely nothing, and evening more if you complete some of the trial offers! The site also operates a 2-tiered commission based referral system, which if you can get the referrals could easily earn you a further $50 - $100 per month.

Pros: Professional site which provides immediate feedback on the status of each offer submitted, fantastic 2-tiered referral system with high earning potential, lots of 100% free offers available with new ones being added regularly, present a number of fast track offers when you sign-up to earn you some money quickly, relatively low minimum payout of $10 compared to similar sites

Cons: Payments made on the 20th of every month - you cannot request payment when you want it, free offers earn considerable less than the other offers - tend to pay a maximum of $1.50 each, payments via check only

6. Snap Dollars - Best all-rounder with what has to be the quickest cash earning offer!

Another great site for making money by signing up to 100% free offers, reading emails and referring your friends. It is an exceptionally user friendly site and completely free to join - in fact this site gives YOU $5 for signing up! You could easily make $50 - $200 dollars per month, especially as they pay $5 for each friend referred!

I have also found a method on snap dollars of making very quick money! Basically you sign up for the BingoLiner and BingoRoom offers, which pay out $60 and $30 respectively. To complete these offers you only have to deposit $20 into BingoLiner and $25 into BingoRoom, which means you quickly earn $90 for only $45 investment! Absolutely fantastic and a cash giveaway that should not be missed!

Pros: Fun site that has lots of different ways of earning money - offers, clicks, games, emails and sweepstakes, paid offers payout significant amounts and can be used to earn cash quickly, you earn $5 just for signing up, $5 per referral plus 10% of earnings, email notifications for every status change of your account such as when you get a new referral or when you get paid for a successfully completed offer

Cons: Payments via check only, relatively high payout minimum of $30, referral system is not tiered, paid emails are few and far between, $5 referral bonus is only paid when the referred member requests their first check, few 100% free offers that pay at most a few dollars, no way of telling which offers you have submitted and are pending payment

7. GpTreasure - A little know gem of a site that pays straight out to your online payment account for each offer completed!

This is an exceptionally good site, which is free to join, where you get paid for completing offers, most of them for free! Each offer pays between $0.30 - $10 and they will pay you for each offer completed within 48 hours! No minimum payout and no fuss! This is a very straightforward site through which you will definitely make some money.

Pros: Payouts within 24-48 hours of each offer successfully completed, no minimum payout, immediate feedback via the website on the status of every offer submitted, online payments via PayPal, MoneyBookers, AlertPay, E-Gold and others

Cons: Relatively low payouts for 100% free offers compared to the other offers, only two methods - offers and referrals - of earning money, referral system is neither tiered nor commission based - it pays $0.02 per referral and thats it

8. Treasure Trooper - Most enjoyable site

Awesome site that is free to join and pays you for signing up to offers, buying online and completing surveys. Very well presented and easy to use, and if you are serious about making money online you really need to check this site out - it pays roughly $0.50 to $60 per offer, a lot of them being 100% free, and through this site you can easily make an extra $50 per month

Pros: Exceptionally well presented site that is a lot of fun, Huge number of offers for you to complete and new ones are regularly added, lots of the offers are free to join, can also earn cash back from shopping, 2-tiered referral system with high earning potential, awesome treasure hunt feature that can earn you $100, good online feedback on the status of your submitted sign-up offers, online payments via PayPal, new offers regularly added

Cons: The free offers have a relatively low payout amount compared to the other offers, payments only made via check or PayPal, the minimum payout of $20 is relatively high, only payout on the 15th of every month - you cannot request payment when you want you it

9. Cash Money Email

A good site that is well presented and features a number of useful ways to make money - clicks, emails, referrals and sign-ups. The referral is commission based and has a reasonable earning potential of $50 - $150 per month. If you become a gold member for a one-time fee of $15 cash money emails will include you in an automated referral rotation and therefore you don't have to do anything to get the referrals!

Pros: Multiple ways to earn money, gold membership scheme is cheap and has high earning potential, referral system earns $0.01 for every click, offers every day at least 6 sites to view and these each earn $0.02, interesting point system - some ads pay in points instead of cash and these points are converted to cash every 30 days, online payments via PayPal or E-gold

Cons: Member's page is poorly laid out, really need to be a gold member to get the benefits, despite site saying their referral system is multi-tiered I can find no evidence of this, paid emails are actually operated by Email Pays U, currently only 2 paid to sign-up offers, high minimum payout amount of $50

10. Email Pays U

This site is very similiar to Cash Money Email, which is no surprise as they are own by the same company! This means though that by signing up to both, you effectively double your income potential from this company and that is why both of them are in this list. There are some differences though - this site sends our regular paid emails, has a 2-tiered referral system with far greater earning potential, only pays via checks, payout minimum is reduced to $39.99 for gold members, $50 minimum only applies to first payout and is $15 afterwards, you only earn $0.005 for the daily clicks, gold membership scheme costs $18

Pros: Multiple ways to earn money, gold membership scheme is cheap and has high earning potential, 2-tiered commission based referral that earns $0.01 for every paid email in your downline and therefore has very high earning potential, paid emails sent out regularly - around 10 per week and each pay $0.02

Cons: Member's page is poorly laid out, really need to be a gold member to get the benefits, payments via check only, only earn $0.005 for the 6 daily clicks, minimum payout is still relatively high - $50 for first payout ($39.99 for gold members) and $15 afterwards, currently only 2 paid to sign-up offers

11. Neobux - Probably the best looking paid to click site around!

Brilliant site that is very professional and always has new links that pay daily, and with an impressive referral system this site has high earnings potential. Must have an alert pay account but it is free to join

Pros: Slick website that is simplicity itself to use, paid links are refreshed / added daily, rent a referral system is cheap and useful, ad campaigns are effective and competitively priced, online payments to your AlertPay account, very low payout minimum of $2

Cons: Only two methods - viewing ads and referrals - of earning money, ads tend to only earn $0.01 per click, referral system is not tiered, only supports AlertPay for payments, relatively few ads added on a daily basis

12. AlertBux

This is a highly slick website which is simplicity itself to use! You will earn money through viewing ads and referring your friends, and could easily make $5 - $20 per month with very little effort. The payout minimum is a measly $5 and via Alertpay.

Pros: Exceptionally professional site, at least 10 new ads added daily, online payments via AlertPay, relatively low payout minimum of $5, good buy referral packages that range from $10 for 10 to $89 for 100

Cons: Only two methods - viewing ads and referrals - of earning money, only supports AlertPay for payments, all ads appear to only pay $0.01 per click, confusing as to why referral payments can be via PayPal but standard payments cannot, referral system is not tiered

Guide - How to get Referrals

Okay so you signed up to a load of money making sites, which I hope includes the 12 above, and making slow progress only earning cents each day! Not impressed? Well you shouldn't be but like I said before the golden rule is 'referrals are king.'

Basically if you don't start getting referrals your unlikely to get anywhere with these sites - though the pay to sign-up sites pay out pretty big for some offers. But how do you go about getting these referrals, especially if you have relatively few friends like me. Well hopefully the following 10 steps will get you on your way and soon the referrals should be flooding in!

1. First thing first you need a blog or website - such as this one - to advertise your links. In fact feel free to copy this one but if you do, please out of courtesy enter 'thepreacherman' in any referrer field when you sign up to one of these websites - if you email me at suckonthepreacherman@hotmail.com I will send you all the HTML of my blog so you can edit it with your own referral links. You must have a list of your referral links hosted somewhere online for others to click on. I personally think a blog on here is the best option.

Also be mindful of your blog's / website's description as this is the primary criteria that Google will use when matching your site to the search criteria entered and you should therefore try to include in it all the keywords you want a Google search to match upon.

2. Email the link to your blog / website to all the friends you have and encourage them to join in. Of course if you have a lot of friends you might not need to bother with the other steps but to really make an income you will need over 200 referrals for each site and I don't know many people with over 200 friends!

3. Get your blog / website listed on Google. This you will find is not as easy as it should be as Google's crawler has very awkward criteria - number of links to your blog / website from other sites - to include your URL and never guarantees it. I would recommend trying the following 5 things to get listed on Google:

- Submit your URL directly to the Google crawl engine. This is done by going to the Google Add URL page and submit your URL via the form

- Get a link to your site on another URL that is already listed by Google. How you go about doing this really depends on the contacts you have but I would suggest getting in touch with someone who runs a blog / website with similar contents to yours and can be found via Google search, and offer to have a link to their site on yours if they do the same for you

One way to do this is to post a new thread on the Blog Catalog in the Blog Promotions group, which goes something like this: LINK EXCHANGE - if you post a link to my blog on your blog I will return the favour

- Probably the best method is to submit your URL to the Yahoo! Directory and / or the Open Directory Project, which is owned by Netscape

- I have recently come across the following site, which states that for 120 days it will list you for free as the top result of 40 search engines based on 5 keywords. It has not worked for me yet but as it is free, it is worth a try:

- Carry out the 6 othe steps of this posting and then try to re-submit your URL to Google as these subsequent steps should actually increase the number of links to your blog as well

There is, however, no 100% method and you basically just have to be patient with this one, and keep submitting your URL daily / weekly until it appears. To easily check if your blog / website is listed on the Google simply search Google for your URL - if it returns no results it is not listed. There are of course other search engines aside from Google - MSN, Yahoo - but none of them are as well known or as heavily used so I would primarily focus your efforts on getting a Google listing

Once you are listed on Google, however, you should continue to try and build up your blog's / website's link count as this will improve your google ranking, which will mean your blog / website will appear earlier on in any matching search results

4. Create a small ad campaign for a few dollars. Yes you will have to spend a little here but it is worth it and if you use in particular Clix Sense, which costs (number of clicks * click price) + 20% commission e.g. $12 for a 1000 clicks at $0.01 per click, you will get guaranteed website / blog traffic that can also be tailored to reflect your site contents. I would also strongly advise if you do use such a Clix Sense campaign to restrict the advert to premium users only.

Though I would strongly recommend first using Clix Sense, other good sites you can use for an ad campaign are:
Matrix Mails - Adverts are paid for via coins, which you either buy via your online earnings for $0.40 each, via PayPal / E-gold for $0.50 each, or through a membership upgrade. Each coin equates to 70 targeted clicks and campaigns can be finely tuned to a specific audience
Easy Ad Bucks - Offers various packages such as $7 for 2500 10 second adverts
Financial Freedom Ads - Costs the same as Clix Sense and will reach a large user base, though not as large as Clix Sense

5. If you have created a blog, which is what I recommend you do, I would advise getting them listed on some blog directories. Not only will this increase the publicity for your blog, but it will improve your chances of being accepted for a number of free blog advertising sites, such as Blogsvertise, that have entry criteria. Some blog directories you could get your blog listed on are:

6. Post the link to your blog / website on as many social networking and free forum sites you know - especially forum sites that are primarily to discuss making money online. Some good sites to post your blog link on are, though be aware some of these forums might delete your posting due to it containing an advertisement:

Advertise your blog / website on as many free advertising sites as possible - and if your wondering how they can be free they work on the principle that you advertise sites on your blog / website and others will advertise yours on theirs. Here is a list of some of the biggest to get you started and note that the majority of these are primarily to advertise blogs and not websites

8. There are a small number of sites out there that are designed to aid you in getting referrals, either by advertising your referral link for free or by allowing you to earn referrals through accepting other users referrals - these sites operate much like the GPT sites but rather than earning cash, you are earning referrals.
Star Referrals - well presented site where you earn stars through either signing up to other users referrals or clicking on ads, and these stars can be exchanged for referral ads
GetRef - another site where you can earn credits to buy referral ads
LinkReferral - a site where you can advertise your link referrals for free and your daily activity improves the ranking of your link

9. Create more than one blog / website with your links on and repeat steps 2 - 8. Other good sites to create free blogs / websites are:
Squidoo - this is a fairly unique site where you create something called a 'lens', which is basically like a blog

Google Sites - an excellent site for creating and hosting a free website and very straightforward to use
WordPress - another very popular free blog site

10. If none of the above steps work in getting you the referrals you want / need then you can always take advantage of the various referral facilities offered by the sites you are referring to. for example:
Financial Freedom Ads offer a 'Buy Referrals' option through which you can purchase referrals - prices range from $22.95 for 20 referrals to $472.62 for 500
Easy Ad Bucks will get referrals for you if you upgrade to their Pro Membership for $20.88 / $20.98 depending on how you pay
Neobux allow you to rent referrals - users that have a subscribed without entering a referrer will be referred to you for the rental period - and they charge for a month's rental from $3 for 10 to $30 for 100

There are other things you can try such as paying for blog / website traffic through the likes of Buy Website Traffic and Cheap Web Traffic but this is something I personally have not tried so cannot comment on the quality of the results or the credibility of the companies

Remember 'referrals are king' and the more you flood the internet with your referral links, the more chance you have of reaching a point where you earn enough of these websites to supplement - or even replace! - your income. Good luck and no spamming!
